All orders are packed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in Kernersville, North Carolina.

Delivery estimates are counted from the moment you place your order and include order processing.
APO/FPO/DPO addresses: we ship to military addresses, but military mail forwarding can add time — please allow up to 25 business days. Pickup from your local postal facility may be required.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you cannot find it, please check your spam/junk folder. You can follow your delivery any time on our Track Your Order page.
Please allow 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system after you receive your tracking number.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require a reshipping fee covered by the customer. If a delivery is refused and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
Customs and import duties are not included in the item price. Charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility, as customs policies vary by country.
Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived, please contact us within 6 months of shipment and we will locate it, reship it, or refund your order. Overdue claims may not be accepted.
